Sabrina Soto, a TV personality,and designer on the new season of Trading Spaces said: “green will be back in a unique way but in shades of chartreuse and olive. These shades are softer, thus are suitable for people who desire cozy homes.

 Karen Asorea if Whitehall interior mentioned: “we are combining rich color palettes with several colored metals like velvet upholstery, deeper gem tone,and sleek black & white marbles.  According to Soto: “Geode and agate Decor will be more famous in the mass market. Although we see it in small boutiques, I feel it will be more dominant in the Targets and Home Goods of the world.”

 “Velvet is a big trend, but I am not certain it will last long,” says Soto. She accepted this by purchasing a deep blue velvet couch for her formal living room; however, if you prefer a safer choice, a soft gray is better.

 “I noticed a shift towards local artisans and small businesses producing high-end lighting fixtures, including those incorporating LEDs,” says Juliet Gold, an Interior Designer at 50 West and the Residences at Prince and rounder of Juliet Gold Design. She mentioned being partial to light fixtures that are part of the artisan trend.

 “It’s a good thing to see warm color coming back; colors such as yellow as well as other colors people were not comfortable with,” says Fire. Before now, people settled for cool and neutral colors.
